Wim Cazemier Equine Center LLC
Before moving to Indiana in October 2016, we had a stallion and training barn in the Netherlands for a little over 20 years, mostly KWPN warmbloods (Jumpers, Dressage & Dutch Harness horses), in the Northern province called Groningen - yes, right beside Friesland.
We (including Marjan and son Koen)) moved to Northern Indiana in the fall of 2016. Why Indiana, a lot of people have asked me. The answer is we have built a lot of relationships through the years selling Dutch Harness horses to North America, especially to this area where a lot of breeders are. Five years ago I spent 3 weeks in the USA for my business and all of a sudden my Emigration virus popped up again. One of my good friends mentioned that there was a farm for sale in his area, where we went to look at the same week, and now a new journey was on the roll.
On our 38 acre farm (Wim Cazemier Equine Center) in Spencerville, Indiana we have a training facility including inside arena. The whole building is insulated, which makes working in the winter also comfortable. We train a lot of DHH for fine harness but also for Combined driving and we do a lot of Dressage riding under saddle.
